We had just stayed at a guest house a few km to the north where we had a lovely daily breakfasts so unclear why DWWL couldn't provide what we had paid for. A voucher, or some Rand, to use at a local cafe would have been sufficient. "

"I booked online, paid, but when I got to the guesthouse 10minutes later, nobody opened, I called the number for 30 minutes, no response, so I had to go find another place to stay in the middle of the night"

"We stayed in a luxury 4 sleeper unit, which was nice, with all the basic cutlery, crockery in a house you could possibly need, spacious with a much needed aircon, there was staff who came to clean the unit each day. The only thing i wished they refilled for us was the dish washing liquid and left us with a dish cloth to dry our daily dishes. The couches in the lounge was really hard to sleep on and uncomfortable, not really suited for elderly adults."

"We stayed in one of the Forest cottage. We loved the grounds of the hotel and the gardens were so beautiful. We booked late and the only room available was one of the cottages. We found the decor to be very dated including the bathroom and it had no air con. The bathroom taps were very stiff. The pool area for these cottages felt like it needed updating/cleaned and the lounger covers on the chairs were in need of a clean and quite dirty. Overall we were quite disappointed with the accommodation....
