"Absolutely loved this place. So so cute, clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff is so accommodating and sweet, they were always asking if they could get me anything. Food is SO GOOD. Best juices I have ever had in my life. The stairs around the property are killer but it’s worth it for the views, quality and price. Can’t wait to come back!"

"The rooms are as pictured absolutely gorgeous views. The property is clean, quiet and has mostly professional guests. The rooftop jacuzzi is top tier and the views you get out there is incredible. They have a gym also on the top floor that’s fully equipped. Our first night we were in room 608 which was a nightmare it faces an abandoned building, just terrible. "It was a good stay overall. Staff was very friendly, great location, and clean rooms and bathrooms. My only complaint is that the rooms were very noisy, I could hear everything that happened outside my room and in the neighboring rooms."

"Super cute tropical oasis with amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Nice comfortable rooms with patios and cute pool. A short easy walk from the center of town, in a quieter spot. Incredibly friendly and accomodating. Can't recommend enough. Hope to be back soon."

"The hotel is very nice and very well located. There are many restaurants and the staff was very friendly. I would only recommend more flexibility in the parking hours as they only let us park until check in time (3 pm) and take the car out at 12 pm. Other than that everything was great and I would stay again."

"Kula Maya is definitely the highlight of San Marcos, having the most excellent views and a friendly staff. The town is very charming and much more enjoyable than some of the busier towns on other parts of the lake. The restaurant has great food and a nice high-end bar selection. Prices are quite a bit higher than anything in the area, but the atmosphere makes it very worth it.
