"The property is brand new and beautiful. I am not sure anybody had ever stayed in our room, but I don’t also think people checked the room. The shower leaked into the toilet room because of improper caulking there was still blue plastic in the sink all of that didn’t really matter, except for the leak of the shower. "We really enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu. It was a great location so we were able to hit the shops and food areas in Myongdong. There was lots to see within walking distance. Convenience stores were nearby as well which were great for food/snacks. We stayed on the Line Friends floors which was so cute! The room was very comfortable. Only issue would be not enough accessible power outlets to charge our phones etc. There were power outlets but they were mostly occupied with other things."

"Hotel Lotte Seoul was the perfect place to stay! Hotel is high end with concierge and service staff doing an outstanding job. Also, hotel served an excellent breakfast buffet. Breakfast was a little bit pricey but was worth every penny! Night market is only a few blocks away so walkable from thr front lobby. Thanks for a wonderful experience! "

"The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "

"Great stay but bathroom cleaning and room cleaning was not as thorough as it was before. Location and service was excellent. Front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. Driving into the parking lot is quite a challenge because the drive way is so narrow. Large sedans or SUVs will have a hard time going down the path. Breakdast buffet is so so. Subpar really, compared to Shilla Stay Breakfast buffet."

"I love the Hanok experience! My first time in South Korea and i wanted to feel the culture. The breakfast buffet was insanely delicious and generous. The staff were so polite and accommodating especially the guy who wears the Hanbok all the time. Sorry, i forgot your name. The 6011 airport bus stop to the hotel is just a few steps away. One tip though, going back to the airport, you have to cross the street and wait on the other side for the 6011 airport bus. I waited for 30 minutes and did not...
