"The transportation company the hotel uses not good at all. We booked a half day cape tour and they cancelled on us an hour before. The return transfer to airport was supposed to pick us at 5:30 AM. They never showed. We had to scramble to get Uber and stressed about missing flight. Staff has triuble speaking English. In general not what I expected from Radisson. "

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views of Cape Town. Very comfortable and all very friendly. Will use again in the future - for business and holiday. The only negative is that parking was not available the first night, although that was a requirement for the booking. The security guard in the parking area was awesome about it and assisted in getting parking outside in front of the hotel. "

"Terrific location at the V&A Waterfront. Large, comfortable room and an excellent breakfast with lots of options. The staff members were very friendly and helpful."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. On site Restaurant and bar was useful. Breakfast was tasty and starts early which is useful to get to Robben Island and Table Mountain which i recommend as early as possible. Taxis are very cheap to travel to other places especially after dark. The room was super clean, just the air conditioning needs an upgrade in future luckily end of March was not too hot, so had window open. On site parking was handy too. "
