"The staff was attentive and friendly. They called to check on us when we got into the room. The barista was friendly and fun to interact with. We told the front desk that the toilet seat was loose."

"It was a pleasant Stay. Room and Area was nice. We liked that they have landry room. Parking was $5 a night which was not too bad. Only suggestion is perhaps to clean the carpet.... other than that we will stay here again."

"It’s a very good property. It looks either new or remodeled recently. Great breakfast! Room is not very big, but it’s big enough. Close to movie theater and grocery shopping if needed. Good for families because it’s a suite. Only downside is that sometimes the road traffic is noisy at night. "

"Good hotel between the airport and the Tahoe resorts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are well laid-out and comfortable. No noise issues. There is plenty of parking outside and some restaurants within walking distance. My only suggestion would be to add more fruit and vegetables options at breakfast. "

"The original room that i had booked was unavailable at check-in, so i was given an "upgrade". The room was in a convenient location from the exterior door, however it was in need of some maintenance. Both showers had large cracks in the tile and one of the mirrored closet doors was cracked. To get hot water, the water had to run for 5 minutes and then it never got really hot, just slightly above tepid. The noise from the floors above, flushing toilets and showering was extremely loud.
