"This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. "This was a family vacation trip March 6-9 2025. We had 4 rooms. The rooms were all dirty when we checked in. I actually had to dust the room and restroom we were staying in before we unpacked. I asked for housekeeping the next morning but all they did was make the bed, no vacuuming no throwing out the trash literally just made the bed. We ran out of toilet paper the same night we checked in because it was a half roll in our restroom. There was mold in the restroom , the floors were dirty and the...
