"Very basic services. No alcohol available. 2 small bottles of water even if stayed for a year. You must buy your own. Cannot get any small change for tips. Breakfast vey good. Asked for a quiet room and got on on Main Street 6 lanes and thousands of motorcycles. They changed me but to a smaller room. "

"Fabulous riad! Hamid and Aziz are the main staff and they are Bothe fabulous. They went out of their way to get me some medicines when I was not feeling well and prepared them for me! The breakfast is phenomenal and I ate dinner in the Riad twice and it was amazing! There is no elevator, but this is typical of Riads. Fortunately, the young men are strong and could carry my bags up. The rooftop has an exceptional view. "

The room was clean and the bathroom too but there is this sewer smell which is understandable because it’s an old riad and could have come through the open window from outside. The manager’s hospitality will make up for whatever structural lacking. Nordine welcomed us with mint tea and helped us arrange for our day tours, walked us to tour meeting place. "We stayed 2 nights here in Fes. Our family enjoyed this beautifully decorated Riad. The guardians, Haddouk Hallou and wife made a very good host. We felt welcomed and at home. Haddock was very helpful and took the extra steps to assist our stays in Fes. His wife, Hannah cooked us a delicious chicken Tagine. A great place to be 😄😄"
