"I believe the hotel rooms are being renovated. I was in one of the old basic rooms. Not much wardrobe or drawer space, but adequate for my single occupancy. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are fit and healthy you’ll probably manage the steep climb walking back from Gouvia, otherwise recommend hiring a car. "

"The apartment is located on the main road with a parking space next to it. Very nice apartment, clean, and in a very desirable location. Plenty of amenities shops and bars around. In general the place was lovely with a nice balcony for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. One downside is that the air con unit is located in the main part and unfortunately doesn’t cool down the bedroom, unless it was left on for the whole day, which was not possible.
