"The hotel is modern design and has nice comfortable rooms and good pool with more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas. On check-in receptionist was very friendly and since early arrival she asked us to wait in the bar. We could enter the room 2 hours earlier than actual check-in which was very good since it was a hot day. After entering the room we noticed that the bathroom have not been thourougly cleaned as there were long black hair on the floor and we noticed the bed linen had some stains on...

"Lovely small resort, fantastic staff and an excellent location. But we didnā€™t get the classification of rooms we booked and were downgraded on arrival. This seemed to be a problem for a lot of guests, so I think there was a systemic booking problem over the winter/spring period while the resort is closed. In fairness they did manage to give us adjacent rooms after the first night, initially we were spread across two blocks hundreds of meters apart. "
