"Very pleasant hotel, although a little tired but the accommodation was fine and the staff friendly. The hotel was opposite a nightclub and Ann having stayed on Saturday night heard nothing. No exit problems from the nightclub although there was evidence of discarded food, chips and the like, but that did not spoil our stay. Would certainly go back again. "Perfect for a stopover visiting bath. Room was good size and very large bathroom, but there was a slight musty smell and the bathroom was very cold as the only form of heating was the towel rail which wasn’t working properly. Lovely old building and very helpful staff."
