"We found Riverside Lodge delightful, inside and out. Very peaceful and a pretty setting, with constant birdsong, visiting ducks, scampering squirrels, wandering deer and an evening flyby from a kingfisher. We went out less than we normally would because it was a treat to be lazy there, especially as we’d splashed out on the hot tub. "A beautiful little cottage, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We made the most of our short stay by visiting Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Salisbury and Bath. Being December it was lovely returning to a warm and cosy Rose Barn. The freshly made bread, butter, marmalade and jam were a lovely addition. We would definitely return."
