Clean, well designed small rooms with complementary travel items such as facial cleansers, toothbrush etc. Possibly the cleanest property I've ever visited. "Great, helpful staff. Very easy access to the Narita trains. Paid breakfast had western and local options. Shuttle service was easy to access and the driver was courteous and helpful with our luggage. The room accommodation was comfortable. At first, it did not appear we could fit our 6 suitcases in the room but having the underbed storage was smart. It unfortunately sacrifices the bed comfort. Mattress was a bit too stiff. Bathroom was pretty awesome, very reminiscent of a cruise ship...
