"The Snug House is a great jumping off point for exploring Galway as its very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind and made all the difference at the end of a long travel day when my room was ready early! "The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. "We liked the hotels lobby and common areas were huge and modern.. the staff was friendly and helpful when we need anything .. Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. Laundry was unconventionally so far .. but free which was nice (as we are traveling for 3 weeks) We loved Galway and your hotel "
