"We were only here for one night, and had to leave early so we missed out of the breakfast. The property is very nice, very quiet, and had plenty of parking. The room was good and met our needs, but could be a little cleaner. The bathroom and "rain" style shower was incredible. What could have been better, we could see handprints on the wall from pervious guests and the shower drain did not drain fast enough to keep up with the shower. Overall, I should certainly stay here again."

When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. The owner is very kind and helpful. I came late one day from Milan and it was rainy and dark . I didn't find any taxi and couldn't walk alone , I called recepetion and Elena the owner came by her own car and took me to the hotel. She made sure I have the best room and didn't mind changing it for me at first...

"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."
