The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places."

However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."

"The condo is very clean and organize. My suggestion is to put papertowel in the kitchen when washing hands or doing something in the kitchen coz the small towel that was provided is not that clean.just for the safety of your costumers health."

"the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag."

"One of the nicest locations I have ever seen for a hotel, however, the staff service is below, much below expectation. The check in lady was lovely but her manager/supervisor (in Mack suit) was rude to his staff and behaving in a way that he was more important than any mortal hotel guests! I stay in different hotels and have gold status in a few, but this is the first time I was told the rooms are available but I will have to pay the full early check-in price if I want that and the supervisor...
