"We stayed for 4 nights. It is in a very busy neighbourhood, the street side is quite busy so if you sleep with the window open it can be a bit disruptive, but when it was closed it was fine. The room was great, bed is comfy. The hotel is a short walk to the train station and not far from Marianplatz. Breakfast is stellar, right down to the convenient juicer with fresh fruits and veg to make your own, and there is a coffee/tea machine and fresh water available in the lobby at all times. "We loved the location and the breakfast. The stocked mini-fridge was very nice. Staff were warm and engaging. Everything was perfect except there was a tendency of guests to talk loudly while waiting for the lift, which was right next to our entry door. People also were smoking and speaking loudly outside the hotel entry which was one level below our window. Rooms further away from the lift would have been better."
