"Room very small but offered all the comforts plus a beautiful sky view. Very clean. The only weird thing, that I didn't understand, was all lactose free at the breakfast. I would have preferred a yoghurt with his " fermenti lattici vivi ". Smiling was an effort for the staff but available anyway."

"Very convenient and accessible in self-checking in and staff very accommodating with queries and friendly. Rooms where nicely presented and clean. If including breakfast - they have decent selection. Key points of interest there is plenty to visit on foot, otherwise metro is nearby. Plenty options of food shops/eatery in this area also. I had a convenient & comfortable stay with this team - thank you."

"Researched where to stay in Copenhagen over New Year, this hotel was recommended and it didn't disappoint! Wonderful stay overall. Reception and all staff helpful and pleasant. Hotel undergoing changes, so had a few niggles to sort but this was all sorted quickly by email on our return. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideally located in a lovely city. "

"This was my favourite hotel that I stayed out throughout my Sweden, Denmark and Iceland trip! The design is really cool and pretty, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was amazing. I went for dinner and the food was so delicious and the staff were so lovely. "Amazing hotel, right opposite the train and metro stations. Excellent location for getting around. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our side of the hotel looked directly onto the train platform, the noise of the trains was manageable and didnt bother us at all. Lots of train references throughout the hotel which was a quirky touch. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely consuder staying here again Thank you so much ❤️ "
