"Don’t bother looking to stay anywhere else than the Hotel Central when visiting Luzern; it’s conveniently situated a short walk from both the station and Old Town. The staff were all delightful and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The generous and delicious breakfasts were a great start to the day and it was great to be able to enjoy complimentary (good) coffee at any time. "We stayed here for a night to look around the town. The hotel is well located with an underground ar park and is about 5-10 minutes walk from the old town and lake. Our room was a good size with plenty of power sockets and working USB outlets. It was a no frills room but everything we needed, clean and modern. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Staff were wonderful and the check in was lovely. There’s also a nice lounge too. Parking was 30CHF for the underground car park...
