However some of the things that were unexpected are the following: you are unable to wear shoes (only socks throughout the hotel so if another guest spills something on the floor (which is what happened) it can be unpleasant. "There were no keys for our hotel room. Instead, the staff locked us in our rooms at night. We were expected to call down and request to have them opened.
