"This was my worst ever hotel experience. Ignorance, incompetence, and shady practices. I arrived late at night and they told me my room was under repair. I said just give me a different room, and they said they couldn't do that--I would have to cancel the room and upgrade to a new room, and pay upfront. I did that, haven't received my refund on the canceled room yet, and the replacement room smelled like mold. They don't speak English and don't know how to help you with routine hotel...

"The old tower has now been renovated, and the condition of the building and interiors is fresh and modern. Very different to the East Wing, which remains the same for 10 years . Would recommend."
