"This was an interesting property. Although described as a "resort," I would not define it as a such. It's actually a hotel, a nice hotel, but a hotel. The so-called "resort" feature seems built around the fact that it's immediately adjacent to (i.e., across a very small parking lot) a few fun shops, good cafes/restaurants, and a nice bar. And the whole area is called "Ports of Call." BUT. . . there is NO restaurant actually in the hotel proper, which means no room service. They do, however,...

"We loved our visit to Ocean Club Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we loved having a full kitchen. All the rooms have a screen in porch with gliding doors to the room. You can walk out this way or through your room. We had two rooms and one of the rooms had a door from the screened in porch that did not close tight. There are two pools, one close to the beach where kids were having fun and another close to our rooms that were hardly used. The beach is right...

"Property is still undergoing some renovations but overall in good condition, given the climate. Staff is superb. They have bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas and can arrange taxis. The music from Castaways goes until after 2am so bring your earplugs. Dining and shopping all around. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Daniel is the best. He picks up and drops off to the beach which isn’t far but he always answers you call and is never late. The front desk staff are amazing. Rooms are up to date and is satisfactory. I had a wonderful stay. I fully recommend. "

We enjoyed the free beach towels, umbrellas, bicycles and the beach chairs. There was some construction going on in the next property but it did not bother us. It was a fantastic vacation."

"The property itself was very clean & the staff was excellent!! Especially Miss Winter who was phenomenal. Her caring nature & customer service was above & beyond. We were sad to leave her! Having breakfast included with our stay was great & saved us from having to buy another meal since food is expensive on the island. Overall highly recommend! "
