"We loved where this place was with a lovely spacious room looking out across the harbour. The car park was a little way and the stairs up to the room were steep but worth it for a very well furnished and decorated room. Staff always friendly and helpful"

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"I had a lovely stay at the Kings Arms Penzance. The pub serves delicious traditional pub fare, and the full Cornish breakfast in the morning is excellent. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I could need. The staff were extremely kind when I wound up breaking a bone in my foot while on a walk in the nearby fields. They kindly provided me with a giant bag of frozen peas - the perfect thing to ice my foot. I was lucky to stay on an evening when the...

"Staff were polite and helpful. Room was very dated and very small, but clean and comfortable. However the loud music coming from the bar below our room went on until 11 pm so if you want a quiet restful place to stay DO NOT CONSIDER this location."

"Nice, quiet, park right on the edge of the beach; caravan was modern, well insulated and cleaned before we arrived. Everything we wanted for a base to explore southern Cornwall"

"The views were stunning, we did have exceptional weather which really helps. We were able to be changed to a dog friendly room on the advice of the staff(we had intended that the dog slept in the comfortable dog box in the car). Bar was a nice area to lounge in the evening after sunset. We visited the Minack Theatre and walked to Sennen. A lovely three day stay that we would recommend others also enjoy."

"This was our first time using this website. The hotel was basic, We were not asked about what we required for breakfast. My wife does not eat a cooked breakfast normally. The breakfast was good, nice bacon, eggs but the sausages were not the best. There was no soap either in the shower or. toilet. The toilet had a leak on the outflow which l repoorted."
