"We checked in late and the hotel was kind in holding our room. Our stay was comfortable but the vending machines didn't work so we couldn't buy water. We had to use plastic cups and get water from the water dispenser. Also, we didn't have hot water in our shower and the breakfast doesn't have enough options. The meat options only have pork."

"Our place did not have blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. We had to request them abd when they were delivered, we asked for 2 more towels since there were only 2 in the bathroom. The kid that delivered the pillows said he would bring the towels in the morning and they never were delivered."
