"This is a value hotel, and what it does it does very well. Rooms are small with no frills, but everything was very clean, excellent location and good value. If you understand that this is what you are getting then I think you’ll be very pleased. I would definitely stay again."

Rooms are a bit small, bathroom is a bit of a squeeze and the floor will get soaked if you have a shower. No English speaking channel's on the TV. No safe in the room. "A very lovely hotel away from the bustle but yet close enough to travel to Siam area (4 BTS stops). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that they promote sustainability by having waterbottles available for loan and filtered water are available. We stayed for 4 nights and had a room each. "Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at Red Planet Bangkok Surawong. No swimming pool is doesn’t matter to me as long as they provide decent bed with clean sheets and nice shower! Red Planet Surawong has that all and I love where the location is! A lot of options for dining, entertainment, shopping and massages and public transportation! "Loved the mini-room I got as a dorm and the comfortable bed and bed linen. Lots of street food in the area but it’s quiet in the rooms. Nice communal hang out areas. Reception service was a bit mixed but one of the staff members, Apple, was consistently friendly and very helpful. Would be nice if the luggage room was locked so early arrivals could leave their bag there securely. Overall, I would absolutely stay again. "
