"Bad front desk service; extremely slow to carry out a simple task. Food isn’t great - they should be able to get a good chef and cook more appealing meals given that the hotel is in the middle of Rajasthan. Comfy room but location is poor, staff are badly-trained and not interested in being helpful or doing anything at all above the bare minimum. Stayed here last-minute and would only advise booking if you have to do the same. "

"I had checked late in night and it was very hard to wake them up for check-in. Neither their was any bell to ring nor contact number were picked. After knocking door several time they opened the door and i was checked in"

"The tents were terible there was no cleanliness and it was not near to the photo given on app. We did not stay even there. The hotel manager was rude over the phone when i told to cancel the booking and did not return the advance given."

"I think about it in the desert, this campsite is a very good place. The toilet was also Western-style and clean. I was able to participate in the camel sightseeing without a reservation and had a good time. Spending dinner like camping in the desert was a valuable experience."
