"This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. The pool was refreshing and a most welcome pleasure. Views of the huge fort looming above, while we are in the restaurant, were like something from a movie. The boys in the upstairs restaurant were so sweet and made absolutely delicious food. The concierge was very friendly and efficient and even gave us a ride back on his motor bike when he passed us walking back :) Over all a great location in a fabulous city. I've seen many Indian towns and cities and Jaisalmer would be up there as one of my favourite."

"Great stay, friendly and helpful staff—special mention to Sultan who walked us all the way to sunset point and stood out in terms of service! Excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. The rooftop view of Jaisalmer fort is amazing and dinner by candlelight creates a beautiful atmosphere. Don’t miss this place if you are looking for comfortable stay in a traditionally decorated property with exceptional service! "

"Stay was underwhelming because of mismanagement by staff and some basic stuff missing from room- toilet roll, sufficient # towels, non-working dryer Room had a tiny balcony which shouldn't be categorised as balcony room. View to fort was hindered by tim shade from the opposite plot Good things: Food "

"Bad front desk service; extremely slow to carry out a simple task. Food isn’t great - they should be able to get a good chef and cook more appealing meals given that the hotel is in the middle of Rajasthan. Comfy room but location is poor, staff are badly-trained and not interested in being helpful or doing anything at all above the bare minimum. Stayed here last-minute and would only advise booking if you have to do the same. "
