"After driving around for 3 hours and phone not answering found a number on google and told resort closed at this time of year. How disgusting to take a booking for something that isn’t there."

"Service was greaT in that there were many issues that came up but they resolved them with promptly. For example you do not get continuous hot water the tanks are limited. Thus get up early 7am and get hot water first. If need more you need to ask for buckets of hot water they will bring. Furthermore they gave good discounts for Jeep safari and canal ride. Ensure you have your listings of complementary package as any and all camps will try to tel you ohh but it’s really not included. Just have to...

Desert Heritage Camp and Resort

"Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. The campsite and resort are perfect but avoid booking activities from them as they are extremely pricey and won’t be able to meet their commitments for activity times. To give an idea, they charge at least double then the actual cost which is a downer but to rate the property and experience with the staff I definitely recommend "

"Hotel camp is in very good location, all staf are very polite and helpful. Food was very good they made it what we want .Service is very good. I can give 5 stars. Extra services the dance, jeep ride and camel rid very good. I like to come back thank you for everything 🙏"
