"Amazing location located not too far behind the Monte Carlo, and for the same price as a hotel, you get a studio apartment. The breakfast was pretty good too and, while expensive, is likely a cheaper option for those eat a lot. The wifi was great at times and terrible at others, but I suspect that was somehow the fault of my devices since it worked perfectly at times."

The front desk agent was generously accommodating when we arrived 2 hours early just hoping to drop our bags until 3PM. Instead, he gave us a room immediately on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the city all the way to the sea. The furniture is small and sparse, but fine with us for a short stay. "I was very impressed by the design and cleanliness. It's recently had a refurbishment I'd imagine. I loved my room, with a view of Terminal 1...very reassuring as I had an early flight and it really is a stones throw away across the road. The downside of that obviously that it was a bit noisy, I woke up at 4am, however I'd suggest asking for a room at the back of the hotel which is bound to be a tad quieter. Overall I was very happy with it, I'd stay again plus, the price was very good. "

"This hotel is within easy walking distance of Nice old town, beach and other main places of interest. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops. Staff at the hotel are excellent, happy to answer questions and advise. The only negative is that the hotel is a bit dated and needs attention e.g. the decor is dated and our twin room only had two working plug sockets and they were not in a convenient place."

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were up to standards. Air conditioning didn’t work so well, but at night it gets a bit colder (helps as well to drink something cold before going into bed). Bring your own shampoo or bodywash, because there isn't any provided. In general good location, easy access to the train station and overall a nice place to be. Would visit again"
