"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good. "

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "Room is quite clean and comfortable, with kitchenette and comfortable bed. Bathroom is a bit small, but serviceable. Location was terrific just a block from the sea, and communication about checkin was clear and timely. Very easy to get in and out and overall a wonderful stay"
