The location of the hotel was perfect. The bus stop for Venice and Padova was right in front of the hotel and the pedestrian area just a few minutes walk. "I Had a great time at hotel aqua i stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks due to work,In the evening i had a great relaxing time in the tremal pool and dinner in the hotels restaraunt which had good food and great service, i will be going back in a weeks time in the same hotel and hope i get the same service wihich i dont doubt 😊"

"Some of the staff were great and others were rude and dismissive - most hotel staff only speak Italian or German - I was charged extra for not having a towel or bathrobe but no one informed me of this before my treatments - it was hard to communicate with the majority of people - otherwise was a pleasant stay and a few nice treatments "

The a/c (and all electronics) only worked when the key was inserted into a slot-- meaning we came back to a hot room every time. The restaurant opened late and was fairly pricey.
