Was prompt in getting back on the AC/Heat issue we had. The issue began the day before we left so I’m sure it was addressed the next day."

"Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo. Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy. One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach."

"Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. The first night when I took a shower the drain was clogged, so I had to unclog it. The shower grout had some mold on different spots. The guardrail on the second floor landing to the right of the entry door is so loose that I thought I was going to fall over when I leaned on it. The place does need some upkeep. I was on vacation so I wasn’t going to go through the trouble of calling anyone and wait for them to show up to unclog the shower. Regarding...

"We had a wonderful vacation with our family! The home was beautiful and the kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed! The location was minutes from shops, restaurants, and the beach was just a short walk from the home or we could walk to a shuttle stop and travel quickly that way too. There was 1 fork and 1 glass in the kitchen. 1 light bulb in each fixture. The curtain rod was tied to the wall with wire. The toilet paper holder was broken. The cranks on the windows were broken.
