Very pleasant and welcoming staff, and the room I had was clean and comfortable; perhaps a little cramped for space when I wanted to do some administration, but not unacceptable. "Wonderful stay. Staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Special mention for Alex who cooked us a meal an hour after closing time. Very comfortable rooms and super beds. Parking very nearby and dedicated to the hotel. Bus route into Basel right outside the door and is free with tourist pass from reception. First class breakfast included. Highly recommended ."
