"Our room was upgraded so had a wonderful spacious room. I liked the idea of a rustic old inn feel. On site pub and restaurant was convenient. Easy parking and access to the cataract gorge and riverside walkways were a bonus as it encouraged us to exercise everyday during our stay. "A very quirky hotel that has a nice charm about it! The rooms are nice and fresh, whilst the bathrooms are very small and dated. Overall it's good with convenient parking and within walking distance to dining, I highly recommend the Plough hotel for dinner which is nearby."

"While the property is located close to the city centre, it is on a main road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Our room overlooked the main road so it was noisy and it was small but comfortable. The bathroom was small but functionable. It was good for the price."
