"Friendly, courteous staff. The hotel was neat and clean and very well organized. Room was also very neat and clean. The only minor issue we had was the toilet paper & tissue box was not stocked. And we did not get room service on the second day we stayed. Possibly could have been because we forgot to take the do not disturb sign off the first day? However it was taken off the second day. Other than that everything was excellent! Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a nice time. The parking payment doesn't work correctly through hotels.com. It shows up as an extra guest, but the front desk was helpful in fixing it. We had a fire alarm go off at around 10pm, so there was some confusion and while I think everyone got out ok, the all clear was a little confusing. Things happen and I think overall the staff handled it well. The room was clean and comfortable, I would stay again."
