"Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. Everything else was amazing...

"I stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass. The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. Having a car definitely helps if you want to have a dinner in one of those fancy restaurants in Saas...

"This is a lovely hotel a few blocks from the train station. It is clean, room was well appointed, we had a great view, bed was comfy and towels were generously cushy. Breakfast was a great array of light options… ( instant coffee capuccino was disappointing.) Staff was not welcoming… a tad gruff. "This place is a gem! They were so nice, the location is within easy walking distance from the train station, the ferry, and the main downtown area. We loved the pool area.
