"The check in clerk did not say one single word to me. When I arrived, he just looked at me until i told him my name. He then did not say a word during the transaction and handed me the card key, again without saying anything. The check out clerk was nicer and spoke to me. This is unusual, as i usually experience good customer service at this particular hotel and location. "

"When we arrived, the computers were down. Unfortunately, we had an event and needed to change as soon as possible. Although there was one desk staff member (De...) who couldn't be bothered with helping anyone, Darrin and the housekeeping staff were very helpful in assisting the guests get into their rooms while the system was being repaired. We appreciate their efforts."

"The first room we received was dirty. We were f to another room. However, we were getting bit in the bed. The room felt unsanitary, but my air conditioner was out at my house. This was cheap and had air. If I had more money at the time, it would not have been an option."
