This property was dirty. My baby was crawling on the floor in the bedroom and her legs were covered with a black dirty substance. There was mold on the cileing and walls and near the air vents. We stayed one night and left the next day.

Very dusty, dated property. Poor choice for breakfast, found stales muffins for example. The concierge Andre, was very helpful. Room wasn’t the cleanest, housekeeping don’t know what a hoover is. Not worth staying more than 2 days.

Our room didn’t have air. Apparently the whole 5th floor doesn’t have air. We were not told this at check in and then when asked about it, I was told that they would have to make a phone call. They never called me back. I was finally able to get a refund and they set us up at another hotel. Not having air should be mentioned on their website.

The Hampton Inn & Suites downtown Montgomery is a historic building that has not been very well maintained - a shame!. The common areas were unclean which could have been addressed with vacuuming, none of the ice machines on any floor worked. Our room was on the top floor and had poorly patched water damaged areas on the ceiling and the furniture was quite worn. Hot water was non-existent when we checked in and the following morning only at 6AM at 7AM it was warm at best. The waffle machine in breakfast area was out of service as were two of the juice choices. In short, very disappointed with our experience and will not return in the future.

Minutes away from museums. Very convenient for me. What I did not like was that you cannot control your unit in the room you have to let them know at front desk and they will adjust it was very confusing in the beginning but got better at the end of my stay

On my way back from New Orleans to Atlanta I needed to stop overnight and thought I'd treat myself to a $200 room. Sadly, this historic old property is not updated. First room they put me in had broken ac and the phone charging port was not working properly. They moved me to another room and it had no charging port at all. The third room had no charging port and the ac was broken. Each time I changed rooms I had to carry all my stuff and bring the old key card back down to the front desk, even though I'm on a cane after spine surgery. I left and requested a refund which Expedia says I'll get. Glad I used my AmEx. It's a shame bc the location is great and it's an historic building. I'm now in a crappy Motel 6 hoping to get a few hours sleep and hit the road.

Worn furniture, peeling paint, no maid service, broken light over mirror in bathroom. Lack of cold water made taking a shower a safety hazard. Parking was difficult. Only positive was the staff were friendly and attentive. By far the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at.
