"The employees were very attentive and didn’t laugh at me when I found a baby scorpion in my room in the middle of the night - they promptly changed me to another room. The in suite jacuzzi was a nice touch and a wonderful way to relax. Would definitely recommend if you’re in this city! It’s within walking distance from delicious restaurants, the centre and an easy drive to Chichen Itza"

"What a beautiful hotel! The moment we walked in (well before check in after a long morning of travel), we were welcomed by Stephanie at the front desk with a smile. She allowed to store our luggage and relax at the cozy pool until our room was ready. We had lunch in the restaurant- delicious. We were shown to our room and absolutely loved each detail such as hammock, cookies, comfy bed and pillows, robes, a portable speaker and sliding door to the pool. "This is a nice property with small bungalows as well as hotel rooms. It's back to back with a shopping mall with a grocery store and coffee shop. The staff are also very honest. I left my wallet in the restaurant one evening and the next morning, as I walked out of my bungalow to see if it was there, the manager came running with it before I got 20 feet from the door. "
