"It is not a fancy place, but for the price, it is perfectly acceptable. The location is great! You are 10 minutes away from Chichen Itza and literally across the street from the Ik Kil Cenote. Breakfast is included, which was some eggs with ham and a nice basket of bread. It starts early and checkout is at noon, which was great because we were able to go see Chichin Itza in the morning before the crowds and return to check out. "El personal es súper amable. Reservamos 2 horas antes de llegar al destino e inmediatamente nos enviaron WhatsApp para coordinarnos para el check in. Durante esas 2 horas previas a nuestra llegada nos estuvieron asistiendo con preguntas que teníamos sobre horarios y lugares para visitar esa misma tarde. Al llegar, el check in fue muy fácil. Nos encantó que tiene estacionamiento interno, lo que nos hizo sentir que el auto estría seguro. Decidimos ir a caminar al centro histórico para cenar fuera e hicimos 25 minutos caminando. Valladolid es un lugar muy seguro. Debo mencionar que tiene una alberca subterránea de agua caliente a la que puedes entrar a cualquier hora. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. "

Very Neat Stone Home and Gateway to Mayan Culture

"The host was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and quick to answer any questions we had regarding our stay. Allan was an excellent steward into the Mayan village his home is situated on. It is a little adventurous compared to other stays. The middle floor of the home, meant for a couple to stay, is gorgeous with the owner's unique tiling on the floor of the bedroom. If you want a peek into the Mayan culture, this is an amazing opportunity."

Unique town

"Eapitia is a very interesting town, we had a truly unique experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff extremely kind and ready to help. We went on the new year’s celebrations, but were not aware that the town host a huge party and fair that leeches out the electricity all over, and the noise is a marvel of decibels. We were without electricity for most of the trip which makes everything very challenging. However we try to roll with it with the help of the great staff of the hotel. Definitely a trip to remember "
