"Typical wooden structure for this area, pleasant gardens, heated pool, spacious room: we had booked a twin and got a family room. A more interesting breakfast than most places we have stayed. Good value evening meal deal on offer. As it would have been a trek along the dirt road into town, we were glad of this opportunity. The staff were very pleasant though little English was spoken. My fault for not learning more Spanish! I was backpacking with my daughter so this was a little more upmarket...

"The property is very new, but we believe that they are falling behind on maintenance and cleaning. My wife noted that the floors were dirty, something that had to be pointed out to me. The breakfast is a bread basket with instant coffee that doesn’t arrive until after 8:30am (earliest). We chose the location BC breakfast was included. Looking back we would have done better by bringing a loaf of brand Nescafe. That way we could have been out hiking by 7 or 8 am instead of 9 or 10 am. Leaving...

"We stayed here for a weekend trip to explore the area. The staff were very friendly, the only downside food is not allowed in the room. However the hotel restaurant is pretty good. At check-in our room did not have any towels, we were told it was in the wash. A couple hours later we still didn’t have any towels so when my husband attempted to ask the front desk, there was no one there and he just helped himself to the pool towels that were sitting on their counter.
