Yes, it's an older property and certainly not the Ritz, but the price reflects that. One night at the Silversands next door cost more than my 10 night stay; same beach, same...

Apartment is a really good size with air con in each room and was very clean. We had an issue with the oven not working and it was replaced the next day. "The property is nicely and sustainably landscaped to fit in on the hillside it sits on. I enjoyed sitting on the dock over the water with the breeze blowing at sunset watching the birds dive into the water for fish. Mia, Madonna and Kelon could not have been more friendly or helpful."

It offered a safe and quiet neighborhood but with some fantastic restaurants, shops and beds nearby. The proprietors of the villas were so kind and helpful to us.
