"Very nice hotel and the usual helpful Greek staff. If hotel is busy, the small breakfast area gets crowded. Fine if weather good and you can eat outside, but it was over 40c when we visited and people were staying inside. Three close and decent restaurants, otherwise 20mins stroll into town. Easy walk. The local neighbourhood is nice with its own small harbour. Would choose gain if passing through Chania."

The staff was exceptionally helpful: booked a COVID test for us, set up a van ride to the port, and even packed us a breakfast when we planned to check-out prior to breakfast. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t find a TV remote, but who wants to watch TV on this amazing island anyway? Fantastic hotel for a couple who wants to stay away from resorts. "

"We loved being right in the old town of Chania just one street back from the sea. The room provided all we need and the Hotel had a rooftop sitting spot with an excellent old port view. We didn't like that we could hear our neighbors; especially the noisy child..."

"Welcoming staff at check in Comfy bed, nice and firm. However the bedding is a sheet and odd scratchy cover. Nice location, lovely view at breakfast. But the breakfast is awful. The "hot" food is lukewarm at best. The coffee tastes like instant. The orange juice, is orange in colour, however it's certainly not fresh juice. Quite a limited selection too. 5 minutes walk from a really nice shallow beach with a nice bar on it. Very relaxing. Was a place to sleep. But nothing special. Wasn't...
