"It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!"

"The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night. The staff did an excellent T job even though they were short staffed. Will stay there again when the renovations are completed."

I think this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I live in Maine about an hour and a half away from Rockport. My wife and I needed to get away from things for a weekend. I found this on hotels.com, and thought I would give it a try. Boy, did we hit the jackpot. A LOT of thought went into this hotel....
