"Extremely easy self-check in after hours. Property was clean and staff checking out the next morning was very friendly and personable. Only comment was that floor seemed a little uneven - part of the charm of an older property I guess! Very quiet off-season stay - would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Close to many amenities. Didn't sit down to breakfast, but charming porch seemed to have a pretty decent selection of options, and the juice I grabbed to go was good!"

"First time staying at this hotel, but I have been coming to the East Boothbay region for 20 years. Stayed in the pier building and it was well worth it just for the view alone. I just happened to pick the weekend the rements of past hurricanes from the south worked its way up so it was extremely windy making the balcony good for 5 minutes at a time lol The bed I could have just stayed in all day and been happy as a clam, my first night I slept 12hrs which was much needed. "Four days on coastal Maine. Chose Camden area so we had easy access to Arcadia National Park ( two hours to the north) and easy day trip to Boothbay area( two hours to the south) and there is plenty to do in Camden or take a trip over to Portland. "
