"004 is a ground floor Accessability room and in January in minus temperatures we found the air temp rather cold, however the duvet and bed were warm and comfortable. We have stayed before on upper floors the no issues. Staff were very helpful"

"Hotel was located within a five minute walk of the town centre. Staff were really friendly and room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed, powerful shower. Breakfast choices were excellent also. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in rye."

"This is an exceptionally good hotel, all the usual facilties, good free wifi, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent dining room and breakfasts with good choice of breakfast. Good restaurant within the hotel with reasonably priced meals. Staff very helpfull. The only downside was no mirror in the bathroom so had to use own small mirror to shave by."
