I had an early arrival at the property in the morning, and was able to get my room immediately- which was very convenient. "Had a leak in my room and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately I was in the last room and was not able to be moved so the manager fully refunded my stay which was more than I was hoping for. Extremely happy with the service and restaurant. Also great that they had airport drop off, even at 3 am. "

"el Hotel y servicio fueron excelentes, solo que en la parte de atras, en el jardin donde esta la piscina habia muy mal olor, por un rio de aguas negras que justo pasa atras del hotel, este olor llegaba a veces hasta la recepcion del hotel y el restaurante, lo cual fue muy desagradable.
