Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Special thanks to Malika, who was very caring and helpful. Parking is available close by although it is a tight one. "This is a nice hotel. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Need to be aware that road noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. We asked to change rooms from road side to parking side. Which they did but it cost us an extra Eu45 as they only had a superior left."

"When we made the reservation, the Hotel.com hotel's website insinuated it was walking distance to the airport. It was a 10 min walk to a tram that would eventually take you to the airport. That was impossible to do with luggage. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew that I had to take an uber to the airport."

"Our stay here was lovely! We were driving back to Spain from Courchevel and had to stop in Bordeaux because it got very late. They accommodated us last minute and overall the staff was wonderful, and the hotel and rooms were impeccable. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM. "
