"The Riverfront is an ok hotel, I'd happily go back there but there were a few things which let it down for me. Firstly, the shower had certainly seen better days, needed a good clean and tended to flood the whole bathroom. "I think the upkeep of the property is going down a bit. Last time I stay here’s everything look brand news. Now it look old just from a year ago. I Liked everything about it, breakfast was the best I see so far. Love their take on laos food, they make every dish special. They make it tiny but it perfectly makes. Their staff is the best I see. Pay attention to the customer. Giving 5 stars to the staff"

The staff reluctantly provided a receipt when we insisted on one but the information was very lacking that is no name, no details of what the payment is for & simply stated the total and cash. Due to the hotel's unprofessional and rude staff and the lack of transparency in providing the receipt ...
