" Very good location & very close to the sacred phra that phranom but very rude and professional staff who initially did not provide a receipt for a cash payment when we booked an additional room. The staff reluctantly provided a receipt when we insisted on one but the information was very lacking that is no name, no details of what the payment is for & simply stated the total and cash. "Still the best hotel in Sakon Nakhon. If you want to get a good room, then don’t take the Standard Room."

"The staff here were helpful and friendly. We got there much earlier than planned but they allowed us in the room before check in time. hotel had decent basic rooms with air conditioning, fridge and a wardrobe. The bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom and shower were ok. They is no lift in this hotel so be aware if you have mobility issues. They was good parking on site. No safe in the room. No coffee making facilities but they was a free coffee machine in the reception area which you could use...
