"Beautiful decor run down town Buffalo. Felt very safe. Staff and services were very nice. My only concern was after parking in the lot a block away from the hotel was walking back by myself. Quite icy and snowy but you can’t blame that on the hotel. Pool and fitness room were clean and beautiful. Did not swim but would have if I had my suit. I would definitely stay there again."

Towels were changed and beds were made daily. We had dinner at the restaurant Panorama on Seven in the hotel and the food was delicious and the service was excellent!"
